MARCIA ADAIR, AIA - Principal Architect

Marcia started her architecture career by entering one of the top architecture universities in Brazil in 2007. Upon graduating, she then moved to the US where she worked on a variety of projects from small residential remodels to commercial restaurants and dispensaries. All that experience has helped her gain the professional and technical knowledge to become a California Licensed Architect.

Marcia is passionate about getting clients visions into paper and helping them cross the finish line to make those dreams become a solid reality - like music frozen in time.

REFAA' ALKHATIB - Project Manager

Refaa earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan and a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Specializing in sustainable and green building practices, she earned her LEED Green Associate credential in 2018. Currently, she is expanding her expertise in energy efficiency by studying the California energy code and actively participating in the California Association of Building Energy Consultants as she works towards becoming a Certified Energy Analyst (CEA). Refaa’s dedication to environmentally responsible and energy-efficient architecture sets her apart in the industry.

ANNE RIBEIRO - Drafter

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Brazil, Anne brings a meticulous and tech-driven approach to the firm. She ensures precision in BIM modeling and technical documentation, focusing on the high quality of the project's digital assets. Driven by curiosity, she independently studies interactive technologies, aiming to elevate how architectural ideas are communicated. Anne is motivated by the belief that the construction industry still has much to explore, constantly evolving to find dynamic ways to make complex projects clear and accessible to everyone.

SAF values the concept of helping and giving back to our community and actively volunteers at local non-profit organizations like Habitat for Humanity and the Fairfield Suisun Rotary.
