MARCIA ADAIR, AIA - Principal Architect

Marcia began her architecture career by enrolling in one of the top architecture universities in Brazil in 2007. After graduating, she relocated to the US, where she collaborated with an architectural team on a diverse array of projects, ranging from small residential remodels to commercial restaurants and dispensaries. This extensive experience has equipped her with the professional and technical knowledge to become a California Licensed Architect, boasting over 15 years in project management and sustainable design. Marcia is passionate about transforming clients' visions into detailed plans and guiding them to reach the finish line, turning dreams into tangible realities—like music frozen in time.

REFAA' ALKHATIB - Project Manager

Refaa earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Jordan and a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Specializing in sustainable design and green building practices, she earned her LEED Green Associate credential in 2018. Currently, as part of an architectural team, she is expanding her expertise in energy efficiency by studying the California energy code and actively participating in the California Association of Building Energy Consultants while working towards becoming a Certified Energy Analyst (CEA). Refaa’s dedication to environmentally responsible and energy-efficient architecture, combined with her skills in project management, sets her apart in the industry.

ANNE RIBEIRO - Drafter

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Brazil, Anne brings a meticulous and tech-driven approach to the architectural team. She ensures precision in BIM modeling and technical documentation, focusing on the high quality of the project's digital assets in project management. Driven by curiosity, she independently studies interactive technologies to elevate how architectural ideas are communicated. Anne is motivated by the belief that the construction industry, particularly in sustainable design, still has much to explore, constantly evolving to find dynamic ways to make complex projects clear and accessible to everyone.

SAF values the concept of helping and giving back to our community, and our architectural team actively volunteers at local non-profit organizations like the Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity.
